Institute of Molecular
Bioscience
The installation of the Laboratory Gases System and
Equipment within the new 35,800 sqm Laboratory
Complex at the University’s St.Lucia campus.
The Institute of Molecular Bioscience comprises 4
divisions; Genomics and Computational Biology,
Genetics and Developmental Biology, Molecular Cell
Biology, and Structural Biology and Chemistry.



Brisbane Airport
Qantas Heavy Maintenance
Hangar

The installation of the Compressed Air, Breathing Air
and Vacuum Systems within the maintenance facility
at Pinkenba, Brisbane Airport.
The facility is designed to provide aircraft heavy
maintenance to Boeing 767’s and Airbus A330.

Royal Brisbane Hospital
Block 7 Laboratories

The Block 7 Building includes 5 Levels of Pathology
Laboratories. Laboratory Gases reticulated
throughout the building include: Compressed Air,
Vacuum, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Argon, Helium and
Carbon Dioxide.


Oakey Army Air Base The installation of Compressed Air, Breathing Air and
Nitrogen Systems in 10 different buildings within the
Army base complex.

Griffith University
GH1 Medical & Oral Health
Facility Gold Coast Hospital

The installation of Compressed Air, Natural Gas,
Vacuum, Nitrous Oxide and Dental Suction
Reticulation System within the 6-storey facility. The
building has been designed to host Undergraduate
and postgraduate training in the field of Medical
and Oral Health.

Chemistry Building
Laboratories

The installation of the Laboratory Gases System
associated with Stage 1 of the refurbishment of the
existing Chemistry Building. The building’s
Laboratory Gases infrastructure, along with fit out
of two floors has been completed as part of Stage
1 works.

Australian Institute of
Bioengineering and
Nanotechnology

The building comprises of six level and is designed
to house extensive laboratories with research in
Nanotechnology, regenerative medicine and
Bioengineering.
The gas system installed includes Argon, Natural Gas,
Carbon Dioxide, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Helium,
Air, Vacuum and the Reverse Osmosis Water System.

Queensland Bone Bank This project entailed the installation of Laboratory
Gas services within the Bone Bank facility design
for the processing of transplant tissue. The facility
includes 3 x ISO5 Laminar Flow Clean Rooms with
support areas.

Mater Hospitals
Redevelopment
South Brisbane
The installation of the Medical Gases Systems in
the new 13-storey Mater Mother’s Building, the
refurbishment of the existing Mater Adult’s
Hospital, including the new 11-bed Intensive Care
Unit and 12 Operating Theatres and the
refurbishment works within the Mater Children’s
Hospital including additional Operating Theatres
and PICU Beds.

Also included within the project works are the
installation and modifications to the Mater Hospitals
campus Medical Oxygen, Medical Air, Medical
Suction and Nitrous Oxide infrastructure and Alarm
monitoring systems.


Royal Brisbane Hospital
West Block
The installation of the Medical Gas System in the 6-
level building, including the installation of Medical
Air, Suction and Nitrous Oxide systems from the
Royal Brisbane Hospital Campus supplies.


University of Queensland
Centre for Clinical Research

The nine story University Of Queensland building at
the Royal Brisbane Hospital campus includes
Laboratories throughout 6 floors of the building.
Laboratory Gases reticulated through out the
building include Nitrogen, Vacuum, Carbon Dioxide,
Natural Gas and Compressed Air.
