The installation of the Laboratory Gases Systems, RO Water and Equipment within Blocks A, B amd C of the building. The Laboratory Gases and RO Water installations include the supply and installation of a reticulation sytems throughtout the Laboratories to designated outlet locations.
UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND CSIRO LABORATORIES INSTITUTE OF MOLECULAR BIOSCIENCE
The installation of the Laboratory Gases System and Equipment within the new 35,800sqm Laboratory Complex at the University’s St.Lucia campus. The Institute of Molecular Bio-science comprises of 4 divisions – Genomic and Computational Biology, Genetics and Developmental Biology, Molecular Cell Biology, and Structural Biology and Chemistry.
UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND CHEMISTRY BUILDING LABORATORIES
The installation of the Laboratory Gases System associated with Stage 1 of the refurbishment of the existing Chemistry Building. The building’s Laboratory Gases infrastructure, along with fit out of two floors has been completed as part of Stage 1 works.

Chemistry Building
UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND AUSTRALIAN INSTITUTE OF BIOENGINEERING AND NANOTECHNOLOGY
The building comprises of six level and is designed to house extensive laboratories with research in Nanotechnology, regenerative medicine and Bioengineering. The gas system installed includes Argon, Natural Gas, Carbon Dioxide, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Helium, Air, Vacuum and the Reverse Osmosis Water System.
QUEENSLAND BONE BANK
This project entailed the installation of Laboratory Gas services within the Bone Bank facility design for the processing of transplant tissue. The facility includes 3 x ISO5 Laminar Flow Clean Rooms with support areas.
UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND CENTRE FOR CLINICAL RESEARCH
The nine story University Of Queensland building at the Royal Brisbane Hospital campus includes Laboratories throughout 6 floors of the building. Laboratory Gases reticulated through out the building include Nitrogen, Vacuum, Carbon Dioxide, Natural Gas and Compressed Air.
PHARMACY AUSTRALIA CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE
Laboratory Gases systems have been installed within the PACE building and reticulated to Laboratories on Levels 5, 6, and 7. The Laboratory Gases installation includes the supply and installation of reticulation systems throughout the Laboratories to designated outlet locations. Laboratory Gases are supplied to the reticulation system from Gas cylinder storage systems or Plant equipment. All sources of supplies for the Laboratory Gases include a back up or reserve supply of service.
TRANSLATIONAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE
Laboratory Gases systems have been installed within the Translational Research Building at the PA Hospital Campus at Dutton Park and reticulated to Laboratories within the building. Reverse Osmosis Water systems have been installed within the Translational Research Building at the PA Hospital Campus at Dutton Park and reticulated to Laboratories within the building.
The Laboratory Gases and RO Water installations include the supply and installation of reticulation systems throughout the Laboratories to designated outlet locations. Laboratory Gases are supplied to the reticulation system from Gas cylinder storage systems or central Plant equipment. RO Water is supplied to reticulation systems from central Plant equipment. All sources of supplies for the Laboratory Gases and RO Water systems include a backup or reserve supply of service.
GOLD COAST CAMPUS – G40 HEALTH CENTRE
Laboratory Gases systems have been installed within the G40 Health Centre and reticulated to Laboratories within the building.Reverse Osmosis Water systems have been installed within the G40 Health Centre and reticulated to Laboratories within the building.Dental Suction systems have been installed within the G40 Health Centre and reticulated to Dental Suite areas on Level 3 and Level 5. Compressed Air systems have been installed within the G40 Health Centre and reticulated to Laboratories and Dental Suite areas within the building.

The Laboratory Gases installation includes the supply and installation of reticulation systems throughout the Laboratory to designated outlet locations.
